has generously given us time to teach an after school Creative Cooking class. 30 students learned about knife safety, clean food preparation, conversions of measurements, whisking vinaigrette, nutrition and how to 'stabilize' a cantalope when carving its rind. A delicious fruit salad was the final take home product!
