South School students sent beautiful words of gratitude to friends, teachers, staff and to their principal in celebration of Thanksgiving Day.
Mrs. McLaughlin, mother of Michael and Katherine, created, organized and distributed the turkey grams. We wrote more than 500! Thank you to all in making each of us feel a little more special and quite appreciated. Favorites included Lucy P in kindergarten who thanked me for keeping students safe and Anthony B thoughtfully wrote, "Thank you for being a nice and responsible and respectful principal and caring for the kids and doing fun things and activities with and for us." Grace L. touched me with "Thank you for keeping our school organized." Sriram A. appreciates being greeted in the morning while Jasmine L knows that I "look out for her." Two rib ticklers were " I think you are a great principal. I hope my brother does, too! " and "Thank you for being my Prince a bull!"
